Monday Night All-level Acro Class at Domestic Goddess Studio
Class: 7:15 – 8:45 pm
Jam: 8:45 – 10:00 pm
Come join Eric and Miyoko every Monday evening for an all-levels Acro class and jam. This class will focus on conditioning, fundamentals, spotting, and safe progressions into fun and interesting acro poses and washing machines. And immediately afterwords, we host a jam for everyone to continue playing with acro, handstand training, or other fun body-weight activities!
