Monthly Agoura Acro Class and JAM!

Come join Miyoko and Eric for a fun-filled night of balance, strength, and connection with awesome acro! Come solo, with a friend, or with all of your friends! This class will be an all-levels class, fun and challenging for whever-ever you are in your practice. And after class, we’ll open up the space for open jam-time so you can play with what your learned or try some new poses, all with the safety of spotters.

This class will be held once a month, on typically the second Wednesday of the month, in Agoura Hills, CA (Los Angeles adjacent)

7:30-8:30: All-levels Acro class
8:30-9:30: Open jam time!
